A new website that helps you test and strengthen your knowledge in a variety of practice areas
It's called Pharmacy 5 in 5 because it's meant to be a resource you can consult in 5 minutes to gain more knowledge in a therapeutic topic or daily practice topic.
I user tested the website back in November, which showed good potential....but will it manage to capture the attention and time of practicing pharmacists?
The fundamental attractions of this resource are its ability to test you and also inform you.
There are 9 topics as of the launch, mostly related to practice issues such as pharmacist renewals, adaptations, etc. Each topic typically begins with a short quiz (all quizzes on this site are supposed to be 5 minutes or less in length). Explanations for right and wrong answers are given as well.
Before or after any quiz, you can read a variety of resources about the topic. Some of the resources contain only short tidbits of information while others are longer articles.
You get the most benefit out of this website through regular visits.
Quizzes (and feedback on right and wrong answers) are short enough that you could test your knowledge and learn something new without really spending more than 15 minutes per sitting (or standing).
Improvements are needed to continually drive traffic.
