Three burglars broke into a pharmacy in Toronto, Ontario last night. However, unlike a typical pharmacy break-in, the pharmacy reported that no medications were taken.

The burglars, all wearing the same blue hoodies and the same backpack, were caught on surveillance video.
“The fact that these people had unrestricted access to the pharmacy’s stockpile of drugs, including fentanyl patches, which are expensive in the underground market, leads me to believe that they were after something even more valuable...perhaps priceless,” says Constable Williams.

Surveillance video shows the three burglars running around the store with their cellphones out. About thirty seconds into the break-in, one of them jumps up and signals to the others to come over, then they all stare at their cellphones.

“We believe their cellphones were being used to track some valuable object" says Williams.

Another minute later, the burglars leave the pharmacy, taking just a single Twix chocolate bar on their way out.

The suspects have not yet been identified. Behind the Counter has released pictures of the suspects’ hoodies and backpack below and encourage anyone with information to come forward.
